LM359 Video Amplifier

Every electronic device that boost electrical signal can be called  an amplifier. The various amplifier types only differ in some specific features such as: bandwidth, input range, input-output impedance, or gain.

LM359 Video Amplifier circuit schematic diagram

Video amplifier is used to amplify the intensity information of a video signal, a signal that is used to control the grid of a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) to draw the picture on the screen. [Circuit’s schematic diagram source: National Semiconductor Datasheet]
